I understand that the documents in this folder are the proprietary and confidential information of Evolution1 and by opening the documents within this folder that I am responsible for following the non-disclosure terms contractually agreed upon by my employer (contracted Evolution1 subscriber) and Evolution1. -  I agree that I am responsible for any unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, information in these documents without expressed authorization by Evolution1, as noted on the document itself or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
